Job Description:
Viking Crew is recruiting an experienced Chief Housekeeper to join a Cruise Liner operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will manage the housekeeping department, supervise accommodation services, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Manage and supervise housekeeping operations onboard
• Lead housekeeping teams and coordinate daily activities
• Ensure guest cabins and public areas meet company standards
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
• Support inspections and quality control procedures

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Chief Housekeeper or senior housekeeping role onboard cruise ships or luxury hotels
• Strong knowledge of hospitality and housekeeping operations
• Experience managing multicultural teams
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and guest service standards
