Job Description:
We are hiring a Chief Cook for a Passenger Vessel in the EU. The Chief Cook will be responsible for managing daily meal preparation and leading a small galley team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals for passengers and crew
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley
• Organize provisioning and food storage
• Assist in planning menus
• Report to Executive Chef or Hotel Manager
Requirements:
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• Food handling certificate
• Previous experience in maritime kitchens
• Medical certificate
• Good communication in English
