Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the galley team aboard a prestigious 100m+ Private Motor Yacht. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled chef with a strong fine-dining or luxury hospitality background who excels in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

Working closely with the Head Chef and a galley team of 7, the Sous Chef will help deliver world-class cuisine for both guests and crew. The role involves menu planning, provisioning, and supporting the Crew Chef when required. The ideal candidate will be creative, organised, and calm under pressure, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting the Head Chef in menu planning and execution
• Preparing diverse, high-quality cuisine for guests and crew
• Managing provisioning and galley organisation
• Assisting with dietary adaptations and large-volume service
• Maintaining galley hygiene and HACCP compliance
• Collaborating with the wider galley team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Sous Chef on large yachts (60m+) or luxury cruise ships
• Fine dining restaurant or 5-star hotel background (essential)
• Skilled in international cuisines and dietary adaptations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification and ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Employment Details:
• Contract: Rotation 2:2
• Salary: DOE – competitive and negotiable
