The Sole Chef is responsible for all galley operations, including menu planning, food preparation, provisioning, and maintaining galley hygiene. The role requires creativity, adaptability, and the ability to cater to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Requirements
Entry-level qualifications or equivalent culinary certification
Proven experience as a Sole Chef or Yacht Chef preferred
Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
Fluent English communication skills
Schengen Visa or Visa-Free Exemption
Valid B1/B2 Visa (mandatory)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
