Job Description:
We are hiring a Sous Chef to assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and maintain high culinary standards aboard our cruise ships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
• Supervise food preparation and ensure consistent quality
• Help maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Train and manage junior kitchen staff
• Assist in menu planning and food costing
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Proficiency in English
