Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Sole Chef for a Private & Charter Motor Yacht. The chef will manage all galley operations, delivering high-quality meals for owners, guests, and crew, while accommodating diverse dietary preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing high-standard meals for owners, charter guests, and crew
• Designing menus with attention to dietary needs and preferences
• Managing galley provisioning and stock control worldwide
• Ensuring galley cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance
• Working closely with interior team to coordinate guest service
Requirements:
• Culinary training or professional chef background
• STCW 95/2010 and ENG1
• B1/B2 and Schengen visas
• 2–5 years’ yachting experience as Chef or Sous Chef
• Ability to work under pressure in a luxury environment
