Job Description:
Grand Circle Corp. is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist in kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality service for guests aboard our cruise liners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of meals and overseeing kitchen staff
• Ensure food quality and consistency
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Supervise and train junior staff
Requirements:
• Experience as a Cook or in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
