Job Description:
Adriatic Crewing and Maritime Agency is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage the galley operations aboard a Passenger Vessel. The ideal candidate will lead the culinary team and ensure high-quality meals are served to passengers and crew.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all galley operations and food preparation
• Plan daily menus based on passenger profiles and dietary needs
• Manage galley inventory and supply ordering
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
• Supervise and train galley staff
Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional experience
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• Food safety certification
• Previous experience on cruise/passenger vessels preferred
• English language proficiency
• Medical certificate
