Job Description:
Grand Circle Corp. is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team aboard our cruise liners worldwide. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring that all meals meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities and staff
• Plan, prepare, and oversee menus for various dining venues
• Ensure food quality and presentation are consistently top-tier
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and budgeting
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a cruise or luxury hotel setting
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in English
