Location: Netherlands (current) / Worldwide Itinerary (Holland, USA, Caribbean)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Chef de Partie / 3rd Chef to join a 60m Private Motor Yacht with adventurous American owners and fantastic crew longevity. The yacht is currently in Denmark and will cruise globally, including Holland, USA, and the Caribbean.

The successful candidate will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, preparing high-quality, family-style meals and assisting with guest and crew service. A background in pastry or gluten-free cooking will be highly valued. This role suits someone upbeat, hardworking, and ready to thrive in a collaborative galley environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in preparing daily meals for guests and crew
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu execution
• Contributing creative ideas, particularly in pastry or dietary menus
• Ensuring galley cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation
• Provisioning support and stock rotation

Requirements:
• Previous experience as Chef de Partie / 3rd Chef on yachts or in fine dining/luxury hospitality
• Strong culinary background, ideally with pastry skills (bonus)
• Ability to adapt to dietary requirements (gluten-free, etc.)
• Team player with a positive and proactive approach
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification and ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Valid B1/B2 visa (essential)

Employment Details:
• Contract: Permanent
• Salary: USD $6,000 p/m
• Bonus: 13th month bonus
• Leave: 60 days annually
• Start Date: Late September – October
