2:2 rotation, starting at the end of August
You will mainly be assisting the Head Chef with guest prep and overseeing the 3rd Chef with crew food so you will need to be proficient with crew food!
The owners like simple food made to a good standard, there is no fine-dining so if you're looking to do plated, high-end style, this might not be for you.
It is a close-knit galley with some very talented chefs onboard!
Ideally you will have experience on similar size vessels, a restaurant background and culinary training prior to yachting is also desirable.
B1B2 visa in hand is preferred.
