Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Welder to join a dredging vessel operating in Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience working onboard dredging or TSHD vessels and is ready to join on short notice.
You will be responsible for performing all welding, fabrication, and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of dredging equipment and onboard systems.
Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to technical requirements
Maintain and repair dredging equipment and onboard machinery
Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with international vessel standards
Work as part of a multinational crew in a dynamic offshore environment
Assist deck and engine crew when required
Report repair needs and completed work to supervisors
Requirements
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical check-up and a current seafarer’s book
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Welder on Dredging vessels
Experience working in a multinational crew (preferred)
Good command of English
Availability for immediate joining
