Job Description:
A leading Drilling and Construction Contractor is looking for an HSE Supervisor to join Various Offshore Vessels operating Worldwide. The role involves supervising vessel/site HSE activities, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Provide HSE guidance to vessel/site teams and support compliance with relevant standards
• Advise management and crew on implementing safety procedures and Life Saving Rules
• Collaborate with project teams and external HSE/QHSE functions to maintain safe operations
• Deliver HSE-related training sessions and lead safety briefings
• Participate in accident, incident, or near-miss investigations and provide recommendations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in O&G offshore as HSE
• Valid BOSIET Certificate
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and client-specific HSE requirements
• Ability to interpret and implement HSE policies and procedures effectively
• Skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation
• Experience in delivering HSE training and safety briefings
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities across multidisciplinary teams
• Competence in monitoring, reporting, and tracking HSE performance metrics
• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: Based on realistic expectations, to be discussed with shortlisted candidates (consolidated monthly salary per month of work)
