Job Description:
We are hiring a Barge Supervisor (BS) to support the management of a construction barge during offshore pipelay operations. The Barge Supervisor will coordinate daily activities onboard and ensure project execution is carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising daily offshore operations on the construction barge
• Coordinating deck, marine, and technical teams
• Supporting OIM in operational planning and execution
• Ensuring compliance with international and company safety standards
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management
Requirements:
• Certificate of Competency (CoC) – mandatory
• Valid STCW 95/2010 certificates
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Fitness Certificate
• Demonstrated experience in:
– Pipelay operations
– Construction barge projects
• Strong team management and communication skills
