Ogenus Offshore is currently seeking an experienced Galley Steward to join a trusted client on an upcoming offshore project in UK waters.
The successful candidate will support galley and catering operations onboard an offshore vessel, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service.
Immediate availability is required, with readiness to be in Aberdeen today.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assisting with daily galley and catering operations onboard.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the galley, dining areas, and catering facilities.
Washing dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
Supporting the catering team with food preparation and general housekeeping duties.
Following onboard health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Requirements:
Relevant offshore stewarding/catering experience.
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Medical Certificate.
Ability to travel to Aberdeen immediately.
Availability to start on 20 August.
Good English communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in an offshore environment.
