- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
- NEBOSH, NVQ6 or equivalent qualification
- Desired to have Taiwan Class B or A Occupational Safety and Health certificate
- EPCI projects background and knowledge and understanding of the HSE discipline within the renewables or offshore construction sector
