Ires Ship Management is currently seeking an experienced Rigger Foreman to supervise offshore rigging and lifting activities onboard an Accommodation Work Barge.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise riggers during lifting operations.
Coordinate daily rigging activities.
Ensure loads are prepared and secured correctly.
Inspect lifting gear before use.
Follow approved lifting plans and procedures.
Coordinate with crane operators and deck teams.
Conduct toolbox talks and lifting briefings.
Ensure compliance with lifting and HSE requirements.
Requirements
Proven offshore rigging experience.
Previous Rigger Foreman / supervisory experience.
Valid rigging certification.
Strong knowledge of lifting operations and equipment.
Offshore construction experience preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Strong safety and leadership skills.
