Ires Ship Management is recruiting an experienced Rigger to support offshore lifting, rigging, material handling, and construction activities onboard an Accommodation Work Barge.
Job Responsibilities
Perform rigging and lifting operations.
Prepare and secure loads.
Select and inspect appropriate lifting gear.
Assist crane operators during lifting activities.
Follow lifting plans and risk assessments.
Maintain rigging equipment.
Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Requirements
Proven rigging experience.
Valid rigging certification.
Previous offshore experience preferred.
Knowledge of lifting gear and safe lifting practices.
Good English communication skills.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
Physically fit for offshore work.
