We are recruiting Wipers (Rating Forming) to support the engine department onboard an ASD Tug. The successful candidates will assist with engine-room housekeeping, maintenance and routine operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the engine room and machinery spaces.
Assist engineers and engine-room ratings with routine tasks.
Support maintenance and repair activities.
Assist with tools, equipment and stores.
Follow engine-room safety procedures.
Participate in drills and emergency activities.
Requirements
Previous Wiper experience preferred.
Rating Forming qualification, as applicable.
Previous experience on ASD Tug vessels – mandatory.
Valid STCW certification.
Valid passport, Seaman's Book and Medical Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
