We are currently recruiting an experienced Oiler to join a Work Boat & Utility Vessel fleet. The successful candidate will assist the engineering department with the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of engine room machinery while ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assisting engineers with engine room operations and maintenance.
Lubricating machinery and monitoring equipment performance.
Maintaining engine room cleanliness and safety standards.
Supporting machinery inspections and planned maintenance.
Participating in emergency drills and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
Previous experience as an Oiler on Work Boat or Utility Vessel preferred.
