Zaki Al Zayer Marine Service is looking for an experienced Oiler to join its Utility and Crew Boat fleet. The successful candidate will support engine room operations, machinery maintenance, lubrication routines, and assist engineering officers in maintaining safe and efficient vessel performance.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with engine room watchkeeping duties
Lubricate and maintain machinery and equipment
Monitor engine room systems during operation
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning
Assist engineering officers during repairs
Maintain engine room cleanliness and safety
Follow company HSE policies and maritime regulations
Support emergency response procedures
Requirements
Minimum 2 completed contracts as Oiler
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid Oiler Certificate of Proficiency (where applicable)
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
Good English communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in the engine room
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
