A reputable shipping company is recruiting experienced Oilers to support engine-room operations onboard a Turkish-flagged Tug Boat.
Two Oiler positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist engineers with daily engine-room operations
• Monitor machinery and report abnormalities
• Perform lubrication, cleaning, and routine maintenance
• Assist with repairs and planned maintenance
• Maintain engine-room cleanliness and safe working conditions
• Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Requirements
• Valid engine-room rating / Able Engine certification
• Previous Oiler experience on Tug Boats or similar vessels preferred
• Knowledge of marine machinery and maintenance
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Passport, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong technical and safety awareness
• Turkish personnel preferred
