Select Offshore is currently recruiting an experienced Oiler for Offshore Support Vessels operating in UK waters.
The successful candidate will support engine room operations by maintaining machinery, lubricating equipment, assisting engineers, and ensuring the safe operation of vessel machinery.
This opportunity is suitable for experienced Oilers with previous offshore vessel experience.
Job Responsibilities
Assist engineers with engine room operations
Lubricate and maintain machinery
Monitor engine room equipment
Perform routine maintenance duties
Maintain cleanliness of machinery spaces
Participate in emergency drills
Follow company HSE procedures
Support safe vessel operations
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Previous Offshore Support Vessel experience preferred
Engine Room Watch Rating certification preferred
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
