Job Description:
OAMS is recruiting experienced Oilers to join AHTS / Supply / Diving Vessels. The successful candidate will support the engine department with machinery monitoring, maintenance activities, and safe engine room operations.
The role requires technical knowledge, offshore vessel experience, and commitment to maintaining high safety standards onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist engineers with daily engine room operations
• Perform machinery checks and monitor equipment performance
• Support maintenance and repair activities
• Maintain engine room cleanliness and safety standards
• Follow instructions fr om senior engineering officers
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar position
• Previous experience onboard AHTS, Supply, or Diving Vessels preferred
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid engine rating certification wh ere applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Basic knowledge of marine machinery systems
• Good English communication skills
• Strong teamwork and safety awareness
Employment Details:
• Vessel Type: AHTS / Supply / Diving Vessel
• Contract Duration: 4 months ON / 30 days OFF (Unpaid)
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
