This job role will oversee all troubleshooting, repair, technical service and installations of marine equipment and engines.
Duties:
- Assist in emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and engine overhauls
- Ensure that all work is done within regulations of the HSE policies
- Repair 4 stroke and 2 stroke engines
- Perform overhauls on marine diesel engines
- Communicate with customers and fix any issues they may have
Qualifications
- Degree in an engineering discipline
- Previous experience with repairing marine engines
- Full knowledge of reading blueprints and schematics
- Ability to obtain a TWIC
