1. Valid U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner’s Document
2. Valid U.S. Coast Guard license as Mate with appropriate tonnage for vessel
3. STCW Certification (coastal vessels only)
4. Valid Transportation Worker's Identification Card.
