DMC Offshore Croatia is recruiting experienced Mates for offshore construction and marine support projects across Europe. The successful candidate will assist the Master in navigation, vessel operations, cargo handling, and offshore project support while ensuring compliance with international maritime safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Master in daily vessel operations
Conduct navigational watchkeeping duties
Supervise deck crew during marine operations
Support offshore construction and cable-laying activities
Coordinate mooring and cargo handling operations
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures
Maintain navigational records and documentation
Requirements
Previous offshore experience as Mate
EU Residency is mandatory
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid Certificate of Competency
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
Additional offshore certificates are an advantage
Good English communication skills
