Requirements:
Minimum of STCW II/3 OOW unlimited
Previous experience as a Tug Mate or similar position in the maritime industry
Valid ENG 1 certificate
Proficient understanding of navigation, vessel handling, and towing operations
Good Knowledge of the ISM code
Understanding of Health and Safety as applicable to Merchant Shipping
General sea going experience as a watch keeping officer
Experience operating Azimuthing Stern Drive tugs (desirable)
