An offshore company is currently recruiting an experienced Uptime Gangway / Crane Operator for an upcoming offshore assignment from 11 September to 30 September 2026, with the possibility of additional rotations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for offshore gangway and crane operations while maintaining strict compliance with maritime, lifting, and safety procedures. Candidates must hold all mandatory certifications and documentation to be considered.
Position: Uptime Gangway / Crane Operator
Project Duration: 11–30 September 2026

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate offshore cranes and gangway systems safely and efficiently
• Perform lifting and personnel-transfer operations according to approved procedures
• Conduct pre-use inspections and report equipment defects
• Assist with deck operations and offshore logistics
• Follow lifting plans, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work procedures
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Participate in emergency drills and comply with all offshore HSE requirements
Requirements:
All requirements below are mandatory:
• Valid Crane Operator Stage 3 or G5 certification
• Valid Uptime Gangway Level 3 or Level 4 certification / renewal
• Valid Able Seaman (AB) Certificate – mandatory
• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training
• Valid STCW Medical Certificate – OGUK Medical is not accepted
• Valid Security Duties certification
• Valid BOSIET certification
• Recent and relevant Appraisal Form from previous employment
• Copy of Seaman’s Book
• All certificates and documents must be valid and clearly legible
• Relevant offshore experience preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work as part of a professional offshore team
