Antares Marine India Pvt Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Crane Operator to join an Accommodation Vessel operating in Romania.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient crane operations, lifting activities, cargo handling, and support of offshore vessel operations in accordance with approved lifting procedures and HSE standards.
This is an urgent opportunity for a qualified offshore crane operator who is available to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities
Operate the offshore crane safely and efficiently.
Carry out lifting and cargo-handling operations according to approved procedures.
Conduct pre-use crane and lifting-equipment inspections.
Coordinate lifting activities with deck crew and offshore personnel.
Follow lifting plans, risk assessments, and permit-to-work procedures.
Maintain crane operational readiness and report technical defects.
Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and offshore lifting standards.
Requirements
General Requirements
Proven previous experience as an Offshore Crane Operator.
Valid Stage 3 Crane Operator Certificate.
Valid BOSIET certificate.
Valid CA-EBS.
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
Relevant offshore experience preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
Physically and medically fit for offshore work.
Available to join ASAP.
