PT Setya Dharma Maritim Manajemen is currently seeking experienced Crane Operators to join a Self Propelled Barge (SPB) equipped with two offshore cranes for an offshore project in Guinea, West Africa.
The successful candidate will safely operate offshore cranes during cargo handling, lifting operations, equipment transfers, and project support while ensuring compliance with company HSE procedures and international offshore lifting standards.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Crane Operators with previous Self Propelled Barge and West Africa operational experience.

Crane Operator – 6 Positions
Job Responsibilities
Operate offshore cranes safely and efficiently
Perform cargo handling and heavy lifting operations
Conduct pre-use inspections and routine crane maintenance
Follow approved lifting plans and risk assessments
Coordinate lifting operations with the bridge and deck crew
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and offshore lifting procedures
Maintain crane operational readiness and accurate lifting records
Requirements
Valid STCW 2010 certification package (BST MSC 560)
Minimum 24 months of experience onboard Self Propelled Barges (SPB) as Crane Operator
Previous West Africa experience is mandatory
Valid crane operator certification (where applicable)
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
All certificates and documents valid for at least 18 months
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and lifting operation knowledge
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
