Select Offshore is currently recruiting an experienced Crane Operator for Offshore Support Vessels operating in UK waters.
The successful candidate will safely operate offshore cranes during cargo transfers, deck operations, and offshore project support while maintaining compliance with lifting procedures and company HSE standards.
This opportunity is ideal for certified offshore crane operators with previous Offshore Support Vessel experience.
Job Responsibilities
Operate offshore cranes safely and efficiently
Perform cargo loading and unloading operations
Conduct pre-use crane inspections
Maintain crane logbooks and lifting records
Follow lifting plans and safety procedures
Participate in emergency drills
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE regulations
Support offshore construction activities
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Offshore Crane Operator certification
Previous Offshore Support Vessel experience preferred
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong lifting operations experience
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
