Job Description

Novo Sdn Bhd is currently seeking experienced Crane Operators to join an Accommodation Work Boat (AWB) DP2 Vessel supporting offshore operations in Malaysia Offshore.

The successful candidates will safely operate offshore cranes during cargo handling, lifting, construction support, and vessel operations while ensuring full compliance with offshore lifting procedures and HSE standards.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced offshore Crane Operators with previous AWB DP2 or offshore vessel experience.

Job Responsibilities
Operate offshore cranes safely during lifting operations
Conduct pre-use inspections of cranes and lifting gear
Execute lifting activities according to approved lifting plans
Coordinate with riggers and deck crew
Maintain lifting records and equipment logs
Participate in toolbox talks and emergency drills
Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures
Support offshore construction and accommodation vessel operations

Requirements
Minimum 24 months of experience as Crane Operator on AWB DP2 or equivalent offshore vessels
Valid offshore Crane Operator certification
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid OPITO BOSIET
Valid Rigging & Slinging Certificate
Valid passport and offshore medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong lifting operations knowledge
Excellent safety awareness and teamwork abilities
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
