Job Description:
OAMS is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join AHTS / Supply / Diving Vessels. The successful candidate will perform safe and efficient crane operations during offshore lifting activities, cargo handling, and support operations.
The position requires practical offshore crane experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in challenging marine environments.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operate offshore crane equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform lifting operations according to approved procedures
• Conduct crane inspections before operations
• Assist with cargo handling and offshore lifting activities
• Maintain crane operation records and report equipment issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar position
• Previous offshore crane operation experience preferred
• Valid crane operator certification
• Relevant lifting and rigging certificates
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Offshore vessel experience preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and operational discipline
Employment Details:
• Vessel Type: AHTS / Supply / Diving Vessel
• Contract Duration: 4 months ON / 30 days OFF (Unpaid)
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Salary: Competitive, according to experience
