Job Description
A leading offshore company is currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join an Accommodation Vessel supporting offshore operations worldwide.
The successful candidate will safely operate offshore cranes during cargo handling, lifting operations, and offshore support activities while ensuring compliance with approved lifting procedures, company HSE policies, and international offshore safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced offshore crane operators with previous Accommodation Vessel or DP Offshore Vessel experience.
Job Responsibilities
Operate offshore cranes safely and efficiently
Conduct lifting, cargo handling, and supply operations
Perform daily crane inspections and routine maintenance checks
Coordinate lifting operations with deck personnel
Follow approved lifting plans and risk assessments
Maintain lifting equipment records
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and offshore lifting regulations
Requirements
Minimum 24 months of experience as Crane Operator
Previous experience onboard Accommodation Vessels or DP Offshore Vessels
Valid STCW certification package
Valid offshore crane operator certification (where applicable)
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong knowledge of offshore lifting operations
Excellent safety awareness
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
