Select Offshore is currently recruiting an experienced Night Cook for Offshore Support Vessels operating in UK waters.
The successful candidate will prepare meals for night shifts, maintain galley cleanliness, assist with food preparation, and ensure continuous catering services for offshore personnel.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced offshore cooks who are comfortable working night rotations.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare meals for night shift personnel
Assist with food preparation for daily operations
Maintain galley cleanliness and hygiene
Monitor food storage and stock rotation
Ensure compliance with food safety procedures
Support the Chief Cook with galley operations
Participate in safety drills
Maintain a clean and organized working environment
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Previous offshore catering experience preferred
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
