Job Description:
We are urgently looking for Day Cooks to join our offshore catering team for a new project starting at the end of October. The position is for several months, offering an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic offshore project.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and cook meals for the offshore crew during the day shift
• Ensure the quality and presentation of meals served
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Collaborate with other catering staff to ensure efficient meal preparation
• Manage food inventory and report any shortages
Requirements:
• Valid UK Work Permit
• BOSIET/FOET Certification
• CA-EBS Certification
• OGUK Medical
• Security Awareness Training
• MIST Certification
