We are looking for a Cooksmate to support galley operations onboard a Construction vessel for an upcoming offshore project. The role involves assisting cooking staff and maintaining hygiene standards during the contract period.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in meal preparation and cooking
• Cleaning and maintaining galley and mess areas
• Assisting with food storage and stock control
• Supporting cooks and kitchen staff as needed
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• BOSIET + CA-EBS (OPITO-approved)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Offshore or vessel catering experience preferred
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 12–14 weeks (starting 16 December 2025)
