We are currently looking for an experienced Cook to join a Work Boat & Utility Vessel fleet. The successful candidate will prepare nutritious meals for the crew while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and galley management.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Preparing daily meals for officers and crew.
Managing food storage, inventory, and provisioning.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Assisting with menu planning and catering operations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
Previous experience as a Ship Cook preferred.
Valid Ship's Cook Certificate, where required.
