**Job Description:**

We are urgently seeking an **experienced Cook** to join a **Platform Supply Vessel (PSV)** operating offshore **Mexico**.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for the crew, maintaining hygiene standards in the galley, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during the 8-week assignment.
Experience in preparing **European cuisine** is a must.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving daily meals for officers and crew.
• Planning menus and managing galley inventory according to voyage duration.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the galley and storage areas.
• Assisting in meal planning for diverse crew preferences and dietary needs.

### **Requirements:**

• Valid **STCW certificates**.
• Valid **Seafarer Medical Certificate**.
• **Minimum 2 years’ experience** as Cook onboard **PSV or Offshore vessels**.
• Proven ability to prepare **European dishes**.
• Proficiency in **English communication** (spoken and written).
