### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Planning menus and managing galley inventory according to voyage duration.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the galley and storage areas.
• Assisting in meal planning for diverse crew preferences and dietary needs.

### **Requirements:**
• Valid **STCW certificates**.
• Valid **Seafarer Medical Certificate**.
• **Minimum 2 years’ experience** as Cook onboard **PSV or Offshore vessels**.
• Proven ability to prepare **European dishes**.
• Proficiency in **English communication** (spoken and written).
