We are seeking an experienced Cook to join an offshore project vessel supporting operations at the Inch Cape Offshore Wind Farm in Scotland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew and maintaining high standards of galley hygiene and food safety throughout the 24-hour offshore operation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for crew members.
Manage food preparation and galley operations.
Maintain high standards of galley hygiene and cleanliness.
Monitor provisions, food storage and stock levels.
Cater for dietary requirements where necessary.
Minimize food waste and maintain good housekeeping.
Follow onboard safety, hygiene and food-safety procedures.
Requirements
Valid Ship's Cook qualification.
Relevant offshore or vessel catering experience.
Valid STCW certificates and maritime documents.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Legal UK Right to Work – mandatory.
Good English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to hygiene.
Availability to join on 11 or 12 September 2026.
