We are urgently recruiting an experienced Cook to join an offshore vessel currently in dry dock in Norway.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for the vessel's personnel, maintaining galley operations, and ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety during the dry-dock period.
Due to accommodation arrangements during the dry-dock period, European candidates are required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Prepare daily meals for crew and vessel personnel
• Plan menus and manage food preparation according to crew requirements
• Maintain high standards of galley cleanliness and food hygiene
• Monitor food stocks, storage, and provisions
• Ensure proper operation and cleanliness of galley equipment
• Follow company HSE, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Support crew welfare and catering operations during the dry-dock period
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Cook onboard vessels, offshore facilities, or similar environments
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Food Hygiene / Food Safety Certificate preferred
• Valid medical fitness certificate where applicable
• Valid Passport and relevant seafarer documentation
• European nationality / eligibility required due to dry-dock accommodation arrangements
• Ability to join on short notice
• Good teamwork and adaptability
• Good English communication skills
• Additional offshore / maritime certificates are an advantage
