This role will be responsible for preparing meals for enough people as well as ensuring the management of the galley.
Responsibilities:
Prepare 3 meals a day within budget
Ensure the efficiency of operation of all kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean workstation and sanitary food handling
Properly dispose of trash
Take inventory
Requirements:
Experience working as a line cook
ServSafe Certificate or Food Worker’s Card
Driver’s License or Passport
Ability to pass drug test
