Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Cook to join an OSV operating from Aberdeen. The successful candidate will prepare meals for the crew, maintain high hygiene standards, and manage the galley efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare nutritious meals for crew and officers
Manage galley stock, provisions, and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and mess areas
Follow food safety policies and vessel catering standards
Assist with general housekeeping if required
Requirements
Professional experience as a Cook onboard offshore or merchant vessels
COC / COP (Ship’s Cook Certificate advantage)
Full STCW certification
Valid ILO Medical
Right to Work in the UK is mandatory
Good English communication skills
