Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for vessel crew
Maintain galley hygiene and food safety standards
Manage food inventory and storage onboard
Support catering operations and crew welfare
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness in the galley
Requirements
Minimum 24 months experience in rank on similar offshore vessels
Previous offshore catering experience preferred
Valid STCW certification package
Good English communication skills
Strong hygiene and food safety awareness
