BDI Offshore Supplier & Services is seeking an experienced Cook to provide catering services onboard an offshore Crane Barge operating in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare daily meals for crew and offshore personnel
• Plan menus and manage food provisions
• Maintain galley cleanliness and food hygiene
• Monitor food stocks and storage
• Maintain galley equipment
• Follow food safety and HSE procedures
Requirements
• Previous Cook experience onboard vessels or offshore facilities
• Relevant catering experience
• Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification preferred
• Valid STCW certification where applicable
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong hygiene and organizational skills
