Zaki Al Zayor Marine Services Co. and Sea Eagles Group of Companies are currently seeking an experienced Cook to join a Maintenance Utility Vessel (MUV) supporting offshore operations.
The successful candidate will prepare nutritious meals for crew members, maintain galley hygiene, manage food storage, and ensure compliance with international food safety standards during offshore operations.
This opportunity is intended for Indian nationals with previous offshore or merchant vessel catering experience.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for officers and crew
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the galley
Monitor food inventory and storage
Ensure proper food handling procedures
Prepare menus according to company standards
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Follow company HSE policies and food safety regulations
Support overall crew welfare onboard
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as Cook onboard offshore or merchant vessels
Indian nationality
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Previous experience onboard MUV, Supply Vessel, Utility Vessel, or AHTS preferred
ARAMCO approval preferred
All certificates must be valid
Good English communication skills
Strong culinary and food hygiene knowledge
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
