A leading offshore ship management company is seeking an experienced Cook to join an FSIV supporting the Saudi Aramco Project.
The successful candidate will prepare nutritious meals for multinational crews, manage galley operations, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene onboard.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for crew members
Plan menus and manage food supplies
Maintain galley cleanliness and hygiene
Store food provisions according to safety standards
Monitor inventory and reduce food waste
Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures
Requirements
Minimum 24 months' experience as Cook on similar offshore vessels
Eligible under Saudi Aramco standards
Valid STCW certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong culinary skills and organizational abilities
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
