### **Key Responsibilities:**
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and serving daily meals for all crew members (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Managing galley inventory, food storage, and supply ordering.
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and compliance with maritime health regulations.
• Assisting in galley housekeeping, waste management, and sanitation.
• Supporting the Master or Chief Steward in catering-related duties as needed.

### **Requirements:**
• Valid **STCW certificates** (including Security Awareness)
• Valid **Seafarer Medical Certificate (ENG1)**
• **Ship’s Cook Certificate of Competency (CoC)** – mandatory
• Proven sea experience as a Cook on **Dredger / Merchant / Offshore vessels**
• **UK Right to Work** (citizenship, residence permit, or valid visa)
• Good command of English and ability to work independently
