DMC Offshore Croatia is seeking an experienced Cook to join offshore construction vessels supporting cable-laying and marine operations throughout Europe. The successful candidate will prepare nutritious meals for multinational crews while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and galley operations.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for vessel personnel
Plan menus and manage food supplies
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley
Store food safely according to company procedures
Monitor stock levels and submit requisitions
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Support crew welfare through quality catering services
Maintain galley records and inventory
Requirements
Previous offshore or merchant vessel experience as Cook
EU Residency is mandatory
Valid STCW 2010 certification package
Ship's Cook Certificate (preferred)
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong organizational and catering skills
Ability to prepare meals for multinational crews
